07 march 2002.10:21 p.m today i ate at erik's deli cafe. if you're not familiar with this particular eatery, it's one of those with a whole lot of crazy crap on the walls, and you drink out of mason jars. i haven't decided my stance on these places yet. i think i hate them. okay sandwiches, but the atmosphere sucks. anyplace that has to hang a bunch of old, dusty garbage on the walls to attract customers is obviously doing something wrong. i think i ate about thirty pounds of taffy. the best is the white flavor. it tastes like frosting. my least favorite is the brown. and the orange tastes like cleaning fluid. but the rest are delicious.
